As the 6th employee at a startup, I played a key role in building the product from the ground up, working alongside just one other designer to shape both the brand identity and user experience. With no existing framework, I conducted extensive UX research, defined user needs, and designed intuitive interfaces to create a seamless digital experience. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and developers, we transformed our vision into a fully functioning software platform that now partners with major insurance companies to provide coverage to union members across the U.S. My work was instrumental in establishing the product’s identity and usability, ensuring accessibility and efficiency in a complex industry.

As a Compliance Officer for real estate agents, I review contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to legal regulations. I provide guidance throughout the sales process, answering questions, clarifying contract terms, and helping agents navigate complex transactions. By identifying potential risks and ensuring transactions align with industry standards, I assist in mitigating issues before they arise. This role allows me to support agents efficiently while maintaining minimal impact on my daily commitments.

After graduating from the University of Denver, I decided to take a year to do some freelance work and establish myself as a local artist.
